Social spiritual group for badass women who have survived difficult life challenges and have the desire to connect with others who lean into healing and personal growth in mind, body, emotions and spirit.  Focus is on mindfulness and relationship with the inner world, compassion for self and others, having greater body centered awareness, inner peace, emotional strength, trusting core Self, and engaged living.
