A retreat weekend to deepen a healing relationship with yourself and others in collaboration with nature, creativity and play.  This workshop is rooted in Internal Family Systems through experiential learning and nature-based therapies.  Overworking parts, (such as people pleasing, anxious or self-critical ones) will get a break and come to know You better too.  Stress softens and inner peace emerges.    More details coming soon!
